Infusionsoft by Keap – Are you confused by the new name for good old Infusionsoft.
Let me explain.
On the 29th January 2019 the company called Infusionsoft rebranded as Keap (here is the Infusionsoft by Keap press release). At the same time they launched a new product – which they simply call Keap.
At the same time the name of Infusionsoft was changed to “Infusionsoft by Keap”.
So if you were using Infusionsoft before the name change then the only thing that has changed is the name.
So what is the difference between the two products?
Well, it boils down to how sophisticated you want your marketing to be. If you have simple requirements eg you just want a way to ensure you follow up with all your leads then ‘Keap’ may be the tool for you. For example say you are a one man band roofer or builder.
Now if you are a larger business, say with a sales team and want to do sophisticated marketing campaigns then Infusionsoft is a tool designed for clients who want to grow and scale.
As I only work with clients who are looking to create more sophisticated marketing activity, so I do not actually promote or sell Keap as it does not have the level of sophistication that I require in order to deliver advanced marketing strategies.
